Tutorial: Creating your own Embossing Diffusers.
An embossing diffuser allows you to emboss just part of your embossing folder. It adds pressure to specific areas of the folder depending on where the diffuser is positioned, so that when it is run through your machine, the embossing only occurs immediately below the diffuser.
This tutorial shows how to use a manufactured diffuser that's now difficult to buy, but the instructions are great for explaining the technique (Video no longer available).
